My background
I've spent 4+ years in product and UX design, most recently leading design systems work and strategy. Before becoming a designer, I was an international high school literature teacher at int'l schools.
My approach
I believe good design starts with listening — to users, to engineers, to the constraints nobody wants to say out loud. I ask questions, get into the weeds when it matters, and build systems that hold up under real, messy, cross-team use.
